About the Opportunity
An established Family Practice clinic in Santa Ana, Orange County, is seeking a motivated Medical Doctor (MD) interested in practicing primary care with the opportunity to take over an existing patient practice and become a business owner.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial physician looking to transition from employment into practice ownership without the challenges of starting a clinic from scratch.
Our clinic has an established patient base, existing clinical infrastructure, and contracts with most major Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) throughout Orange County.
We are open to flexible arrangements, including employment with a pathway to ownership, gradual buy-in, partnership, or full practice acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care services.
- Manage existing patients and develop new patient relationships.
- Ensure high-quality care and continuity of services.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.
- Participate in practice development and expansion.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California MD license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
- Experience in primary care and managed-care environments preferred.

Spanish-speaking is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, and potential practice ownership.
